1. Preparing your return package
Please ensure all items received at delivery are included in your return, along with accessories and manuals. If the original packaging is unavailable or damaged, please use a suitable return box. Customers are responsible for securely packing items to prevent damage during transit. Any damage due to inadequate packaging will be the customer's responsibility. We've provided a list below for each product to guide your return, ensuring all necessary items are included and expediting the process.
2. Fill out the online return form
The next step in processing your return is to fill out our online return form. Please make sure to use the full name you used when placing the order originally and include the order number as stated on your quote. The number follows this format: SO/xx/xx/xxxx. If you are unable to find the order number, please enter your name instead.
This information is essential for us to efficiently process your return. Please note that the cost of the return may or may not be for the customer, depending on the product, the date of purchase, and product-specific return conditions.


3. Bring your package to the nearest GLS parcel shop
After completing the return form online, you should have received a summary of GLS parcel shops in your neighborhood where you can bring your package. Please bring your package to the nearest GLS parcel shop no later than 5 days after requesting the return ticket.
Once there, please verify with the shopkeeper that the package is suitable for sending. They will assist you in ensuring that your return is processed smoothly.
4. Verifying return compliance
Upon receiving your return package, we will verify that it complies with our return policies. This includes ensuring that all items are included as per the original delivery, that the product is in its original condition, and that it meets any other requirements outlined in our return policy. Please note that the return process may take a few days as we carefully inspect each return. We kindly request your patience and understanding during this time. Rest assured, we are committed to processing your return as promptly as possible while ensuring compliance with our policies.
