To qualify for a return, the ANDUFIT massage mattress must be in good condition. This means the mattress must be clean and free of damage.

Examples of damage include, but are not limited to:

• Tears, rips, or punctures in the mattress surface
• Stains or discoloration caused by spills or improper cleaning
• Excessive wear and tear, such as fraying edges or worn-out padding
• Broken or malfunctioning components, such as non-functional massage nodes or damaged manual control

Ensuring the ANDUFIT massage mattress is in pristine condition will facilitate a smooth return process and prevent any disputes regarding the product's condition.

All accessories originally provided with the ANDUFIT must be returned. These accessories should be in their original packaging. This includes, but is not limited to: the hand controller, adapter, power plug, and user manual.

In the event that any accessories are missing upon return, the customer will be responsible for either sending the missing items at their own expense or will be charged accordingly for the missing items.  

 The return period must not be exceeded. You can find the specific return period in your communication with HHP or by contacting customer support if unsure. Ensure that the return request is submitted within the specified period to qualify for a return. This proactive approach allows for smooth processing and adherence to the return timeline.

Follow the designated return procedure as described on this page. Any deviations from this may result in delays or issues with processing the return shipment.

Upon receipt of the returned ANDUFIT massage mattress and accessories, HHP will inspect them for compliance with the return conditions.

Certain situations may result in exclusion from returns, such as misuse of the ANDUFIT massage mattress or failure to comply with the return conditions. HHP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
