ANDUFIT - Rent
Terms & Conditions

Article 1. Rental Period

The rental period is 30 consecutive days, starting from the date of delivery of the device to the tenant, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Article 2. Rental Price

The rental price for the entire 30-day period is predetermined and must be paid before the commencement of the rental period.

Article 3. Deposit

The prepayment of a deposit is not required when renting the ANDUFIT. The deposit, equivalent to the purchase price of the device, may be requested if, at the end of the rental period, after inspection of the device, any damage is identified or if the device is not returned on time.

Article 4. Use

The rented device may only be used for its intended purpose and must be placed under the user's own mattress. Any form of misuse or unauthorized use may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.  

Article 5. Return of the Device 

At the end of the rental period, the device must be returned in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental. The tenant is responsible for any damage or loss of the device during the rental period. The ANDUFIT must be returned in the provided return box to the nearest GLS parcel shop within 35 days of delivery. Information on the return process can be found here: ANDUFIT - RETURNS. If the device is not returned on time or proof of return cannot be provided, it will be considered a purchase and the full purchase amount will be charged.  

Article 6. Extension of the Rental Period 

  An extension of the rental period is not possible unless agreed upon in writing in advance, before the commencement of the rental period.

Article 7. Option to Purchase

Every tenant has the option to purchase the rented ANDUFIT during the rental period. The paid rental amount will be deducted from the purchase price in that case. The request for purchase can be communicated via email at info@hhp.be or by phone at +32 55/89 59 98.

Article 8. Applicable Law - Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, Belgian law applies. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oudenaarde.
