Terms & Conditions

Article 1. Price

Prices include VAT. Transportation of goods is included and is not charged to the customer.

Article 2. Warranty

The devices are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Article 3.  Payment Terms

Payment must be made by bank transfer to HHP, in advance or, if allowed, at the latest upon delivery of the goods.

Article 4.  Complaints

Complaints must be addressed directly to HHP by letter within eight days.

Article 5.  Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation will take place at a time agreed upon with the buyer.

Article 6.  Retention of Title

The buyer expressly agrees that all delivered goods remain the property of the seller until the full purchase price is paid.

Article 7.  Right of Withdrawal  

7.1. In the case of sales made at the consumer's home, the buyer has a free withdrawal right of 14 days regarding the purchase of the appliance. However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to trade fairs or sales venues belonging to HHP's sales spaces.

7.2. The buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the seller within the period of 21 days after delivery by sending a message via email to customerservice@hhp-group.com or by registered mail. Annex 2 (withdrawal document) must be used for this purpose. It is also always available on our website.

7.3. The costs for the replacement of the personal cover (see front under section 'Other') shall be borne by the customer in case of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery.

Article 8. Applicable Law - Jurisdiction 

In case of disputes, Belgian law applies. All disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Oudenaarde.
