These terms apply to all materials provided by the user to HHP, including but not limited to visual content.

2. Consent

By agreeing, the user grants HHP permission to use the provided material for marketing and communication purposes.

3. Purpose

The material may be used for:

• Websites and landing pages
• Social media (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Online and offline advertising
• Printed materials and presentations
• Trade shows and commercial communication

4. Duration

The consent is granted for an indefinite period and remains valid without an end date.

5. Geographic Scope

The use is permitted worldwide, without any territorial limitation.

6. Compensation

The user waives any right to compensation for the use of the material, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Editing

HHP has the right to edit, shorten, or combine the material with other content, provided that this does not harm the user’s reputation.

8. Use within the Group

The user agrees that the provided material may also be used by subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and partners of HHP, within the scope of the same marketing and communication purposes.

9. Warranty

The user declares that he/she is entitled to share the material.

10. Withdrawal

Consent may only be withdrawn for future use and does not affect material that has already been published or produced.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law.

12. Digital Acceptance

By ticking the relevant checkbox, the user confirms agreement with these terms. This digital acceptance has the same legal validity as a written signature.
