Follow the steps below to return your Local Applicator

Prepare your Local Applicator for return.

Fill out the return form online.

Take your return package to a GLS parcel shop near you.

Upon arrival, we will check if your Local Applicator return is in line with our return policy.
1. Prepare your Local Applicator for return
Clean your Local Applicator thoroughly, following the provided instructions. Ensure the Local Applicator is returned in it original aluminum case.
Check that all received products are placed inside the case:
1. The Local Applicator
2. The Treatment wand
3. Local Applicator Gel Bottle
4. Gel Booster (if received)
5. Connection cable
6. Handbook/Manual
2. Fill out the online return form
Fill out the return form using the button below.
Please provide your full name. We need this for correct reimbursement.
3. Bring your package to the nearest GLS parcel shop
After filling out the return form, you will find the nearest location on where to drop off your return package.
